Cosmetic Consultation Fees
Cosmetic Consultation (does not including Rhinoplasty/Revision Rhinoplasty/Non-Surgical Rhinoplasty) -$100
Fee can be applied to treatment performed day of or surgery scheduled day of consultation
Rhinoplasty and Non-Surgical Rhinoplasty Consultation – $250*
Revision Rhinoplasty Consultation – $500*
*Primary and revision rhinoplasty consultation fees do not apply towards surgery, the fee is for the expert analysis and advice given by Dr. Shervin Naderi. All virtual consultations include an in person consultation. Non-surgical rhinoplasty candidates may apply their consultation fee towards their non-surgical rhinoplasty.
All other office visits may be billed to you &/or your insurance when appropriate. Payment for “in-office services or products” is due in full on the same day. Payment for the consultation is due at the time of scheduling your appointment.
Appointment Cancelation and No-Show Policy
We kindly ask for a 24 hour notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. No-shows or cancelations made within 24 hours of appointment will be billed our scheduling fee.
Financing Options exist for cosmetic surgery.
