What a HydraFacial Does for Your Skin
A HydraFacial does three jobs in one visit: it clears out clogged pores, puts moisture back into dry skin and brightens dull, uneven tone. Nothing is squeezed or scraped, so it suits most skin types, including skin that doesn’t handle stronger peels well.
Cleaner Pores
Gentle suction pulls dirt and oil out of clogged pores. There's no squeezing or pinching.
Hydration
Hydrating serums go into dry, tight or flaky skin and leave it soft and smooth.
Brighter, Even Tone
Antioxidant serums are infused into the skin, so tone looks more even and fine lines look softer.

What Is a HydraFacial?
A HydraFacial is a medical-grade facial done with a handheld device that cleanses, exfoliates and suctions out pores while it infuses hydrating and antioxidant serums. It’s gentler than microdermabrasion and chemical peels. There are no diamond tips and no harsh chemicals, and your skin doesn’t peel afterward.
Most people see cleaner, brighter, more hydrated skin as soon as they sit up. That’s why it’s the treatment we suggest to people coming to The Naderi Center for the first time.
What Results Can You Expect From a HydraFacial?
Most people notice a difference after one treatment:
- Cleaner pores that look smaller
- Smoother texture
- Skin that feels hydrated, not tight
- More even-looking tone and dark spots
- A healthy glow that makeup sits well on
- Fewer breakouts over time with regular treatments
Who Is a HydraFacial Good For?
A HydraFacial is a good fit if you have:
- Dull, rough or dry skin
- Clogged pores or oily skin
- Breakouts, as a teen or an adult (see our acne treatment page)
- An event coming up and want your skin at its best
- No time for downtime
It isn’t the right choice if you have an active rash, rosacea or a sunburn.
What Happens During Your HydraFacial?
Your visit starts with our aesthetician looking at your skin and choosing the serums and any add-ons. A HydraFacial takes about an hour. It’s done in three steps with one handheld device:
Cleanse and Peel
Hydrafacial MD gently cleanses the surface of the skin, removing oily secretions and exfoliating dead skin cells. A light peel, consisting of lactic, salicylic, and glycolic acids, exfoliates the skin using a circular motion to remove blockages and debris, allowing the skin to absorb vital nutrients from the healing serums.
Painless Extraction and Hydration
The Hydrafacial MD tool gently vacuums away impurities, blackheads, and dirt while saturating the skin with moisturizers and nutrient-rich solutions that soften and hydrate the skin. The unique system thoroughly exfoliates and extracts debris without causing redness or irritation.
Fusion and Protection
The final step of the Hydrafacial MD process is to deliver a customized healing serum with ingredients like hyaluronic acid, antioxidants, peptides, and amino acids into the clean, open pores. Healthy antioxidants provide firm skin and repair damage. Peptides are a building block for the skin cells that encourage the renewal of skin elasticity, and hyaluronic acid reduces the appearance of wrinkles and promotes the production of collagen.
HydraFacial Add-Ons
You can add any of these to your HydraFacial. Our aesthetician will tell you which ones make sense for your skin.
LED Light Therapy
Blue LED or red LED light therapy may be included in a Hydrafacial treatment for additional benefits, including the removal of toxic buildup to reveal healthier skin, decrease inflammation, increase cell growth, and optimize skin health.
Lymphatic Therapy
A lymphatic drainage booster can be included along with a Hydrafacial treatment to detoxify the skin and increase blood flow. The lymphatic therapy enhancement is recommended for previously damaged skin to reduce inflammation and stimulate the growth of new elastin and collagen.
Perks Total Eye and Perks Lip Replenishing Serum
The Total Eye Perk and Lip Replenishing Perk serums are special additives included during the Hydrafacial treatment and include take-home solutions. The Perk treatments give patients slightly plump and smooth lips and treat the skin that surrounds the eyes for an age-defying, rejuvenating eye boost.
HydraFacial Boosters
Alastin Lastin Trihex-Pro Booster
Trihex-Pro clears damaged elastin and collagen from the surface of the skin, which promotes the stimulation of healthy, new proteins. The Alastin Lastin Trihex-Pro booster also reduces fine lines and wrinkles while plumping and strengthening thin skin. This booster provides an overall improvement to skin texture and tone and creates a more youthful complexion.

How Do I Prepare for a HydraFacial?
Come in with little or no makeup. Our aesthetician looks at your skin type, tone, texture and any skin conditions first, then sets up the treatment for you.
Tell us if you’re pregnant, breastfeeding or trying to get pregnant, and bring your medication list. We review your health history before any treatment.
Is There Downtime After a HydraFacial?
No. You can go straight back to work or the rest of your day. Some redness for about an hour is common, and many people skip makeup afterward because their skin already looks good. Our aesthetician can also suggest a medical-grade skincare routine to keep your results going at home.
LightStim by Elipsa
Red light therapy has become a popular addition to facial aesthetic treatments, thanks to its scientifically backed benefits in combating signs of aging. At The Naderi Center, red light therapy is offered after all facial treatments to enhance results and promote skin rejuvenation. Using the advanced LightStim by Elipsa, this therapy delivers therapeutic wavelengths of red light deep into the skin to stimulate collagen production, improve circulation, and accelerate healing. These effects help reduce fine lines and wrinkles, firm the skin, and restore a youthful glow.
Incorporating red light therapy post-treatment not only optimizes outcomes but also helps soothe the skin and reduce inflammation. Patients often notice their skin appears brighter, more even-toned, and visibly refreshed after each session. By regularly stimulating collagen and elastin, this non-invasive treatment supports long-term skin health without any downtime or discomfort.
As Dr. Naderi explains, “Red light therapy is a powerful way to biohack your skin’s natural regeneration process. When used consistently and in conjunction with expert aesthetic treatments, it significantly boosts results and keeps the skin functioning at its best.” At The Naderi Center, cutting-edge technology like LightStim is thoughtfully integrated into various treatment plans, ensuring patients not only look their best and age gracefully.
Is a HydraFacial Safe?
Yes, for most people. A HydraFacial is safe for all skin types, and the most common side effect is redness for about an hour.
We don’t recommend it if you have an active rash, rosacea or a sunburn. If you’re pregnant or breastfeeding, tell us before your visit. Some ingredients used in the treatment, such as salicylic acid, haven’t been tested for safety in pregnancy or while breastfeeding.
