Dr. Naderi is an experienced, fully fellowship-trained, Board Certified Facial Plastic Surgeon with expertise in cosmetic and reconstructive Plastic Surgery of the face and neck with special and unique focus on the nose. Dr. Naderi is exclusively a face specialist. He is a clinical instructor for Allergan and Medicis, in addition to having his own courses teaching other Dermatologists and doctors how to properly inject Botox/Dysport and Dermal Fillers. He is an author, educator as well as a Board Examiner for the American Board of Facial Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery, testing other Plastic Surgeons and enforcing the high standards and criteria for Board Certification.

Our Philosophy

Dr. Naderi's practice, The Naderi Center, is based on the philosophy of "expertise, ethics & exquisite patient care." Dr. Naderi is first and foremost a physician. He does not believe in the "sale's driven" plastic surgery practice model. He educates and informs his patients on all of their options even those options that are available elsewhere. His only concern is the well-being, safety and happiness of his patients. Dr. Naderi’s patients trust him with their face and the faces of their loved ones. His patients come to him seeking the highest level of expertise and skill as well as ethics and honesty. “Bargain shoppers” or patients looking for “cheap cosmetic surgery” are not the typical patients at The Naderi Center. Dr. Naderi’s patients recognize the “value” of surgery &/or injections by an experienced specialist cosmetic surgeon, and the cost savings that goes along with decreasing chances for needing major revision after major revision in order to correct issues that could have been done better in the first place. However, The Naderi Center does value the loyalty of each and every patient and as such, there are occasional special injectables or skin care promotions that are posted on the web or print.

About Dr. Naderi

Dr. Naderi grew up in Newton, Massachusetts, and attended Boston University where he received his Bachelors & Masters Degrees. Dr. Naderi then obtained his Medical Degree (M.D.) from the Medical College of Pennsylvania - Hahnemann University School of Medicine (currently known as Drexel University College of Medicine) in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
After medical school, Dr. Naderi completed a grueling General Surgery Internship, followed by the completion of a vigorous surgical residency in the prestigious and highly sought-after field of Head & Neck Surgery. By the end of his Chief year, Dr. Naderi had completed well over 4,000 surgical cases as the primary surgeon!

After being Board Certified and fully trained in plastic surgery of the face and neck and certified by the American Board of Medical Specialties(ABMS) & the American Board of Otolaryngology, Dr. Naderi went on to train above and beyond completing a fully accredited, competitive & rigorous Fellowship in Facial Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery with Dr. Stephen W. Perkins, one of the world's top cosmetic facial plastic surgeons, an internationally recognized author and teacher, and a past president of the American Academy of Facial Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery (AAFPRS). During this period of time, Dr. Naderi also had his own busy facial plastics practice concentrating on surgery of the nose (rhinoplasty ) and aging face surgery.

Dr. Naderi is Double Board Certified by the American Board of Facial Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery (ABFPRS) as well as the American Board of Otolaryngology (ABO) / American Board of Medical Specialties (ABMS). These are nationally and internationally recognized Boards unlike many new boards that have been created in recent years to certify cosmetic and aesthetic medical practitioners who do not have the proper years of dedicated surgical training. Your Facial Plastic Surgeon or Plastic Surgeon should have at least 6 years of dedicated surgical training and be Board Certified by the American Board of Facial Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery or The American Board of Plastic Surgery.

Dr. Naderi has maintained a special interest in teaching other surgeons by writing chapters in prominent head & neck and facial plastics surgical textbooks on topics ranging from nose surgery (especially revision rhinoplasty ) to aging face surgery techniques ( facelift ). He has also been the author of many scientific papers and has presented his work on lower eyelid surgery (fat transposition blepharoplasty) at the annual fall meeting of the AAFPRS in Los Angeles, California. In addition, Dr. Naderi has given talks and Grand Round lectures regularly at major medical centers including to the surgical residents at the George Washington University School of Medicine. He is a clinical assistant professor of Facial Plastic Surgery at the Indiana University School of Medicine Department of Head & Neck Surgery, where he lectures and instructs surgical residents in traditional, time-tested as well as new cutting-edge techniques in Rhinoplasty and facial surgery, as well as the use of various Lasers & Peels in the field of Plastic Surgery. He is also a regular speaker and instructor for Aesthetic Skin Care students in Northern Virginia.

Dr. Naderi is an active member and officer of the American Academy of Facial Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery (AAFPRS) as well as a Fellow of the prestigious American College of Surgeons (FACS), & a Diplomat of the American Board of Facial Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery (ABFPRS) & the American Board of Otolaryngology Head & Neck Surgery. Dr. Naderi is an Oral Board Examiner for the ABFPRS' grueling annual diplomate examination held in Washington, D.C..

Dr. Naderi has a very busy Facial Cosmetic Surgery practice in Fairfax County, Northern Virginia, just minutes from Washington DC and in Chevy Chase, Maryland. Unfortunately, many physicians indiscriminately sell and perform procedures such as Thread-lifts, Contour lifts, or other trade marked lifts or push the use of inadequately tested Lasers or devices due to heavy marketing and media exposure. Dr. Naderi refuses to place his patients at risk and will not perform cosmetic procedures that lack long-term longevity such as thread-lifts or contour lifts because he, amongst many prominent plastic surgeons is not convinced that the short-lived results warrant the many untold risks of such procedures.

Rhinoplasty Surgery

Rhinoplasty is the major part of Dr. Naderi's practice. He not only strives to achieve his patients' aesthetic goals but also works to ensure maximum functionality of the nose in breathing and air humidification. Dr. Naderi is one of very few cosmetic surgeons in Virginia and Maryland specializing exclusively in Facial Plastic Surgery. Furthermore, with this tool Dr. Naderi can demonstrate the realistic benefits and limits of surgery before you undergo the procedure by being able to show you what you may look like after surgery. It is critical to select a Facial Plastic Surgeon with excellent education, training and experience. Preferably, your Plastic Surgeon should have at least six years of surgical training concentrating exclusively on anatomy and surgery of the face, head and neck. Dr. Naderi's extensive education and experience allows him to confidently offer his patients safe and effective facial cosmetic procedures.
