I was deliberating as to whether or not I should actually get a nose job, the whole process incredibly daunting. Just finding a surgeon I’d actually consider took weeks, but once I came across Dr.Naderi, and his amazing before and after pictures, I knew I’d met my match. Conservsative, yet transformative, totally devoid of any signs of surgery; exactly what I was looking for. From the moment I entered his office, his staff was incredibly kind and accommodating. The consultation was incredibly informative, it was clear that he was the best of the best. Come the day of the surgery, I was again pleasently surprised by how considerate the surgical staff was, easing my anxiety before and after the surgery. My recovery was quick, and a majority of the swelling went down within the first month. My nose used to be my least favorite feature, I’d always have my hair around my face in efforts to conceal my profile. Now, I feel so much more confident; I tie my her back, excited to show my profile. The outcome completely exceeded my expectations. I don’t think it could’ve gone more perfectly.

I had several consultations before I found Doctor Naderi. Once I had my consultation I was sold on Doctor Naderi because he was knowledgeable about the procedure and honest about the result I would get. I wasn’t sure what to expect coming out of surgery because none of my friends or family members have ever had the procedure before, but his guidance and instruction prior to the surgery made me feel prepared. The day of the surgery I was nervous but being at a hospital and talking to the friendly staff made me calm. Pain didn’t sink in until the evening of the first night and it was very manageable with medication. My mom helped me stick to an icing and pain medication schedule which was crucial for my recovery. I would recommend having someone put alarms on their phone to ensure you take the medication at the right time and someone bring you new ice packs each hour to help with the swelling. My mom froze wet washcloths and small bags of peas and would bring me new ones each hour to place on my face which helped reduce the swelling. I didn’t bruise but I’m not sure if that was a factor. I followed Doctor Naderi’s instructions the rest of the week and was back to work on Monday (surgery happened the prior Tuesday). Once I was back to work I stopped taking pain medication and was able to manage with Tylenol. The pain was the worst the first 4 days post surgery and reduced significantly the following days. My family was the best support system and never felt sad or depressed post-surgery. I sounded a bit congested a week after the surgery but no one at work thought it was more than a cold. I’ve seen Doctor Naderi 2 times since surgery and each time I feel more and more comfortable with the result and being apart of the Naderi family. I would recommend Doctor Naderi to all of my family and friends because he truly is on the journey with you and available by phone or email if any concerns arise. I’m happily 1 month post surgery and although there is still a lot of swelling, which was expected, I never imagined such a perfect result.
