Procedures Offered in Chevy Chase
Consultations for every surgery Dr. Naderi performs take place here, along with physician-only injectables and select skin treatments. Surgery itself is performed under general anesthesia at Prince William Surgery Center in Virginia. Your pre-op and follow-up visits are scheduled here whenever possible, so surgery day is usually the only trip to Virginia.

Dr. Naderi lifts the deeper layers of the face, jowls and neck together, so the result looks rested rather than pulled and typically lasts 10 years or more. Juvéderm, Restylane and RHA fillers for the cheeks, chin and jawline, injected by physicians only. Treatment takes about 10 to 20 minutes, and we keep hyaluronidase on hand in both offices. For gradual, collagen-building volume, ask about Sculptra with Dr. Snodgrass.

Dr. Alexandra Snodgrass
Dr. Alexandra Snodgrass is a board certified dermatologist who focuses on cosmetic dermatology, with a special emphasis on aesthetic treatments.
She has a special interest in lasers, non-surgical facial rejuvenation using Botox and dermal fillers and treatment of acne as well as medical-grade cosmeceuticals. She has joined the ultra specialist group of plastic surgeons at The Naderi Center to offer a comprehensive approach to beauty by bringing her expertise in skin rejuvenation.

Where is The Naderi Center's Maryland office?
Our Maryland office is in the Barlow Building at 5454 Wisconsin Avenue, Suite 1655, Chevy Chase, MD 20815, one block from the Friendship Heights Metro station on the Red Line. Valet and garage parking are available for a nominal fee. Call (301) 222-2020 to book.
What are the office hours in Chevy Chase?
Monday through Thursday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., and Friday, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. All visits are by appointment.
Does Dr. Naderi see patients in Chevy Chase?
Yes. Dr. Shervin Naderi, a double board-certified facial plastic surgeon with more than 20 years of experience, sees patients here for facelift, neck lift, rhinoplasty, eyelid surgery and brow lift consultations, and he performs his own Botox and filler injections.
Where is surgery performed?
Dr. Naderi performs surgery under general anesthesia at Prince William Surgery Center in Virginia, where he has been medical director since 2023. Board-certified anesthesiologists supervise the nurse anesthetists. Your consultation, pre-op visit and follow-up visits are scheduled here in Chevy Chase whenever possible, and a car to and from the surgery center can be arranged if you need it.
Which treatments are only offered at the Reston office?
Morpheus8, HydraFacial and facials, laser hair removal, and UltraClear and laser resurfacing are done at our Reston office. Many Chevy Chase patients have their consultation here and their treatment in Reston.
Who performs Botox and filler injections?
Physicians only. Botox, Dysport, Daxxify and dermal fillers are injected by Dr. Naderi or board-certified dermatologist Dr. Alexandra Snodgrass.
Can I start with a virtual consultation?
Yes. Many patients, including those traveling from out of town, start with a virtual consultation and then meet Dr. Naderi in person in Chevy Chase or Reston.
Do you offer financing?
Yes. Financing is available through Cherry for qualifying patients.
