Revision Rhinoplasty by Dr. Naderi. This good-looking patient had 2 previous rhinoplasties with a different surgeon, which unfortunately left him with an aggressively over reduced nose. Due to the previous surgeon removing too much cartilage and not building good structural grafts, the nose had begun to collapse. Dr. Naderi corrected his septal deformity, elevated his low hanging tip and raised his dorm. He now has a much nicer nose that fits the rest of his attractive manly features.
