Please make sure to register for our patient portal prior to your visit. Your MyPatient Visit link will have been texted to you at the time of your appointment booking.

Telehealth (Virtual) Appointments

Prior to your Telehealth (Virtual) appointment, you will need to upload selfie photos to our secure MyPatientVisit portal, this is for initial consultation as well as any follow-up appointments. View our Consultation Photography Guidelines. These photos are HIPPA protected, secure, and used exclusively for your consultation. You will be texted and emailed a link to join in for your appointment.
