Procedures Offered in Reston
Consultations for every surgery Dr. Naderi performs take place here, along with physician-only injectables and our full range of skin and laser treatments. Surgery itself is performed under general anesthesia at Prince William Surgery Center in Virginia, where Dr. Naderi is medical director, and your pre-op and follow-up visits are scheduled here in Reston.

Deep Plane Facelift
Dr. Naderi lifts the deeper layers of the face, jowls and neck together, so the result looks rested rather than pulled and typically lasts 10 years or more. Most patients are back to work and social plans in about two weeks.

Deep neck work under the chin addresses neck bands, fullness and a softened jawline. For most adults it is combined with a deep plane facelift so the face and neck match.

More than 20 years with a strong surgical focus on rhinoplasty, for both appearance and breathing. Surgery takes about two hours under general anesthesia, and most patients take a week off work.

For noses that need correction after earlier surgery. Revisions are usually done open, often with the patient’s own rib or septal cartilage, at least one year after the last nose surgery.

Upper and lower eyelid surgery with a conservative approach: skin is removed only where needed, and volume is restored with fat when it helps. Performed in the operating room under general anesthesia.

An endo-style brow lift raises a low or heavy brow. In Dr. Naderi’s experience the brow is often part of the problem for patients asking about upper eyelid surgery, so the two are frequently planned together.

What are the office hours in Reston?

Does Dr. Naderi see patients in Reston?
Yes. Dr. Shervin Naderi, a double board-certified facial plastic surgeon with more than 20 years of experience, sees patients here for facelift, neck lift, rhinoplasty, eyelid surgery and brow lift consultations, and he performs his own Botox and filler injections.
Where is surgery performed?
Dr. Naderi performs surgery under general anesthesia at Prince William Surgery Center in Virginia, where he has been medical director since 2023. Board-certified anesthesiologists supervise the nurse anesthetists. Consultations and follow-up visits can take place here in Reston.
