This gorgeous female patient came to The Naderi Center seeking a more refined and feminine nasal profile while maintaining a natural look. Her goals included smoothing a small-to-moderate dorsal hump, lifting and defining a droopy, bulbous nasal tip, and narrowing the nasal bridge. She also had a history of prior nonsurgical rhinoplasty and wanted a more permanent, predictable result.

During surgery, Dr. Naderi reduced the dorsal height, reshaped and supported the nasal tip, improved tip rotation, and refined the width of the nasal bones through osteotomies. Additional support was added to create a balanced, elegant profile and improved overall nasal symmetry.

At her 6 month follow-up visit, she was thrilled with her results. Her nose looks beautifully proportioned and exceptionally symmetric, and she was amazed when comparing her before-and-after photos. She is very happy with her outcome.
