From the moment I walked in I was greeted kindly and they had covid-19 measures in place, so I felt very safe. I have a fear of needles so I was not looking forward to having my blood drawn but Sabreena made me feel like I was in great hands. I have never had such a painles and easy experience in my life except with her! She had a gentle hand, made convo with me and before I knew it she was putting the bandaid on. Dr. Snodgrass was very kind and friendly and informative from the consult to the procedure. You can tell she wants you to have your best skin! It was really nice watching the doctor and Sabreena work together during the procedure, you can just tell they are a dynamic duo. They made me feel safe and comfortable from start to end. There should be more medical offices like this! I highly recommend them.
