This beautiful patient had history of fracturing her nose in the past as well as issues with breathing due to a deviated septum. Dr. Naderi performed a more reductive rhinoplasty by slightly deprojecting the tip and brining down the dorsum. The nasal bones were narrowed and the tip cartilage was delicately trimmed to create a feminine and nicely contoured tip.
