Patient Info
This patient presented for a complex revision rhinoplasty after a prior nasal surgery performed several years earlier. Over time, healing led to progressive structural issues, including nasal twisting, drooping of the tip, and overall imbalance of the nose.
A major reconstructive revision was performed by Dr. Naderi to restore both form and support. Surgical goals included straightening the nose, refining and supporting the nasal bridge and mid-vault, reshaping and rotating the nasal tip, and rebuilding weakened lower cartilage support. Advanced grafting techniques were used to improve long-term stability and achieve a more natural, balanced appearance.
At four months post-operation, the nose is well healed with a significantly improved shape, symmetry, and projection. The result is a natural-looking nose that better complements the patient’s facial features while addressing the structural problems from prior surgery.
