Revision Rhinoplasty Before and After Photos in Chevy Chase, MD, patient 46971

This beautiful female African American young patient came to The Naderi Center after a previous rhinoplasty elsewhere left her with concerns including a persistent dorsal hump, a droopy nasal tip, an irregular bridge, and new breathing difficulties on the left side. She was seeking both improved aesthetics and better nasal function.

During her revision surgery, Dr. Naderi restored proper tip projection and support and then refined the bridge to harmonize with the newly balanced tip. Functional issues inside the nose were also addressed to improve airflow.

Now four years post-op, her results remain beautiful, natural, and symmetric. Her nose looks refined from all angles, and she continues to breathe well. Overall, her outcome is stable and she is very happy, with no further treatment needed.
