Young beautiful Middle Eastern female whose life was restored by Dr. Naderi. Rhinoplasty, especially in revision cases, can be quite life changing for many when skillfully executed. After enduring traumatic nasal surgery as a child, this patient had previously undergone a septoplasty that she was not satisfied with. Not only was her breathing still compromised, but her nose remained asymmetric and weak with no structural and no definition or support whatsoever.

This was a very intricate and complex revision rhinoplasty case that required rib grafting. Her tip cartilage was completely missing on the left side. She had no septal cartilage, and her skin was thick. Dr. Naderi used cadaver rib and completely reconstructed her nose and septum.

Given her history and the nature of her thick heavy skin, she has healed quite beautifully and couldn’t be happier. She’s breathing much better and her nose is significantly more symmetric and more defined with proper support throughout.
