This middle-aged Asian woman had a lower blepharoplasty with fat transfer around the eyes for a more rested, youthful look. The fat causing the puffiness was sculpted and repositioned, and fat was added to the tear troughs and cheeks to smooth the transition from eyelid to cheek without overfilling.
