Primary rhinoplasty at The Naderi Center is $18,000 to $27,000, and revision rhinoplasty starts at $45,000.
The prices include the surgeon’s fee, anesthesia and the accredited surgical facility, along with pre-operative and post-operative care and all follow-up appointments. The consultation fee is separate: $250 for primary rhinoplasty and $500 for revision rhinoplasty. It is applied to your surgery when you schedule within three months of your consultation.

Factors That Affect Nose Job Cost

Primary vs. Revision Rhinoplasty
A first-time rhinoplasty is typically more straightforward than a revision. Revision cases may involve correcting previous work, rebuilding collapsed structures, or managing significant scar tissue.
If you had nose surgery before, such as a septoplasty, the cost and difficulty of your rhinoplasty may rise. Many ENT surgeons take out much septal cartilage in a septoplasty. This leaves little material to work with. Scar tissue inside makes the surgery harder. When Dr. Naderi does a septoplasty, he carefully keeps the septal cartilage. He often uses it to support the nose, as this stops the septum from moving out of place again. That method gives lasting support.
Functional vs. Cosmetic Goals
Patients with breathing issues may require internal functional work alongside cosmetic changes. Dr. Naderi assesses the nasal valves, turbinates, and the septum. Insurance does not pay for cosmetic procedures. The Naderi Center bills insurance only for the functional part of nasal surgery when it is medically necessary, and only with plans we are in network with.

Facility and Anesthesia Fees
Dr. Naderi performs every rhinoplasty under general anesthesia at a fully accredited outpatient surgery center, with a board-certified anesthesiologist for each procedure. An accredited surgery center is a safer setting than an office.

The Naderi Center’s pricing includes all follow-ups, preoperative preparation and planning, taping instructions and supplies, Arnica supplements, and access to our team throughout your healing process. No hidden fees. No add-ons.
