Submentoplasty by Board Certified Facial Plastic Surgeon, Dr. Jessica Kulak. This patient desired facial rejuvenation as well as improvement in facial contour. Submental liposuction was performed to address these concerns, along with a chin implant and upper/lower blepharoplasty.
