A proper rhinoplasty is timeless — natural and in perfect balance with the rest of your facial features. This young male patient came to Dr. Naderi with desires of a smaller nose. Upon examination, it was found that he had a very deviated septum with an "S" shaped curvature, making the nose appear quite twisted and crooked. He also had a large dorsal hump with weak and under supported nostrils. Dr. Naderi filed down the bump while adding rotation and projection to the tip to support this change.
