While tear-trough filler can most certainly improve the under eyes for many patients, for some patients mid-face filler is actually the better option. This is dependent on a variety of anatomical factors such as the presence of fat pads and the degree of hollowness underneath the eyes. This patient has had a total of 4 syringes of Voluma injected to the mid-face area.
