Closed approach revision rhinoplasty by Dr. Shervin Naderi. This patient already had a previous rhinoplasty, and was left with some asymmetries and irregularities that she wanted to improve Dr. Naderi corrected the patients very noticeable previously placed cartilage grafts on her nasal radix making the nose smoother.
