Guys who know me know that I keep things very fair and balanced and honest. I call out plastic surgeons out there who are scaring people from fillers saying a 32 year old should get a facelift. That's nonsense. I also call out all these people out there saying that you should use a cannula and use an ultrasound because everybody's going to go blind or have vascular occlusion.

There's some truth to that. I mean if you find a true expert, the risk of you going blind or having a vascular occlusion is much, much lower than the risk of you getting into a car accident and dying on your way to your appointment. But there are thousands of new injectors out there and yes, complications have ballooned exponentially. There's lots more complications.

But just because it happens doesn't mean it's going to happen to you if you find a true expert. If you just find somebody down the street, you're risking it. So do your research, find the right person and just be relaxed. Be okay.

Fillers are fine.
