This pleasant young female patient sought rhinoplasty to address both functional and cosmetic concerns following a prior facial injury. She was particularly bothered by a drooping nasal tip when smiling, as well as overall asymmetry and a dorsal hump. On examination, she was found to have a bulbous tip with thicker skin, a moderate hump, and deviation of both the nose and septum.

She underwent a customized rhinoplasty to straighten and balance the nose, conservatively reduce the dorsal hump, refine and support the nasal tip, and improve overall facial harmony while preserving appropriate projection. Structural support techniques were used to ensure long-term stability and a natural appearance.
