Patient Info
This patient came to us with a history of nasal trauma and a significantly deviated septum, along with a moderate dorsal hump and a noticeable collapse of the right mid-vault. She expressed that while she didn’t want to completely change her nose, she was open to refinement—as long as the result felt natural. After reviewing both non-surgical and surgical options, she agreed the surgical plan would offer a more balanced and lasting result.
Her procedure involved dorsal reduction, bony narrowing, augmentation of the right mid-vault with spreader or onlay grafting, and reshaping of the nasal tip for improved projection and definition. Postoperatively, her results have been outstanding. At 5 months, the nose looks beautifully refined, symmetrical, and harmonious with her facial features. The right mid-vault indentation has been corrected, and the overall aesthetic has made her appear more youthful—especially noticeable in her profile.
She has started to enjoy her new nose as it feels more natural each day. She’s now happy with her improved appearance and understands that perfection in surgery is a balance of art and realism. We look forward to seeing her back for long-term follow-up as her results continue to refine and mature.
