Patient Info
This pleasant young patient came to The Naderi Center seeking subtle, natural refinements to her nose. She wanted a smoother, straighter bridge without an exaggerated slope, and improved tip definition and symmetry—especially from the front view. Her anatomy presented several aesthetic challenges, including a small dorsal hump, a naturally upturned tip that risked appearing over-rotated after surgery, a deviated septum, and thicker skin. She also had asymmetries and deviation visible from the front and three-quarter angles.
Her surgical plan focused on lowering the small dorsal bump using preservation techniques, straightening the nose with spreader grafts, refining the tip while avoiding unwanted rotation, and improving overall symmetry.
At nearly one year post-op, she shows dramatic improvement from every angle. Her bridge is now smooth and straight, the tip is more refined and harmonious, and the nose no longer deviates on front view. Her once significantly deviated septum is now perfectly straight. Even the pre-existing nostril asymmetries are noticeably better. The overall result gives her face more balance—so much so that she feels as though her lips and chin look enhanced, despite having no procedures there.
This case highlights how thoughtful, precise rhinoplasty design can create subtle, natural changes that dramatically enhance facial harmony while preserving the patient’s identity.
