Rhinoplasty by Dr. Naderi. This beautiful patient's nose before was over projected and crowded her top lip. Dr. Naderi de-projected the tip and brought her nose closer to her face and gave her upper lip more space. He re-shaped the patient's nostrils, lifted the tip, took down her dorsal hump and straightened her septum.
