Procedure Description:
Open structural rhinoplasty in a man creating a more attractive nose while maintaining a very natural look. Dr. Naderi reduced his dorsal hump, while projecting and supporting the tip. A lot of work was done internally to correct his deviated septum. The patient has a straighter nose and is also able to breath better.
