Rhinoplasty by Dr. Shervin Naderi. Dr. Naderi brought down her nasal dorsum and straightened her nasal septum, creating better symmetry and better air flow, allowing for better breathing. The nasal tip was lifted and shortened in order to prevent the tip of the nose from drooping when she smiles. The patient is less than one month out from surgery and the changes from her rhinoplasty are evident, despite the swelling that will continue to decrease with the months to come.
