Dr. Naderi says injection sites matter as much as the dose: a higher dose gives more freeze and lasts longer, but his practice prefers a much more natural look with more frequent injections. A complete freeze can make the eyebrows drop and the eyelids feel heavy, and over about age 45 excess eyelid skin really starts to show.

So we're doing Dysport, and we're doing it in a very natural way, but in a way that she'll still have a little bit of an arch at the end. So, super natural, no Spock eyes, but the tails will lift up and it will look really nice.
With Dysport, Botox, Daxxify, any neurotoxin, injection sites matter. It's not just the dose, it's where you put it. But then so does the dose. The higher the dose, the more freeze you get, the longer it lasts. But in our practice we prefer a much more natural look, with more frequent injections, than a complete freeze, because sometimes when you completely freeze somebody, the eyebrow drops and gets heavy and the eyelids get heavy.
Now, when you're young, you can do it like her. But if you're, like, you know, over 45, what ends up happening is the excess eyelid skin starts to really show when you paralyze something.
So we're doing the masseter. These injections are deep into the muscle. Right there. You want to make sure you stay lateral. If you start to kind of veer off towards medial, you can get muscles around the mouth, and you don't want to do that.
