Procedure Description:
Beautiful young white female with a long droppy nose, bulbous tip and a dorsal hump wanted a “california cutesy barbie doll type nose.” Dr. Naderi performed a precise Open Rhinoplasty, with dorsal hump reduction, Tip narrowing using cephalic trims of the lower lateral cartilages as well as domal sutures and tip grafting. Dr. Naderi did osteotomies to narrow her nasal bones. Results for each patient will vary.
