Natural Rhinoplasty by the Noseman, Dr. Shervin Naderi. Dr. Naderi took down this patient’s nasal dorsal hump, corrected the nasal septum, reduced the nasal bones and nostril size. To keep the nose looking manly, Dr. Naderi elevated the radix using AlloDerm. The nose is overall more symmetric and fits his face.
