Primary rhinoplasty by Dr. Shervin Naderi. Dr. Naderi straightened this patient’s deviated septum to help improve breathing as well as make the nose more aesthetically symmetric. The patient’s bulbous tip was made slightly more pointy and defined. Dr. Naderi created better nasal projection and created a cute and subtle slope that is more evident on the lateral profile. The overall rhinoplasty is natural and fitting for her face and no one will ever question whether she had plastic surgery.
