Rhinoplasty performed by the "nose man", Dr. Naderi. This lovely patient did not like how the nose tip dipped, especially when she smiled and was looking to reduce the size of her nostrils. Dr. Naderi de-projected the tip, support and rotated it to slightly reduce the hanging of the lobule. He supported and pulled down the nostrils, as well as took down her dorsal hump. The patient is happy that she now has a nose that fits her rejuvenated and attractive face.
