This patient was concerned about jowls, heaviness in the lower face and loss of definition in the neck, and wanted a natural lift. A lower facelift and neck lift repositioned deep tissue and removed excess skin along the marionette lines, jawline and neck. Photos taken 2 months after surgery show a more sculpted jawline, a smoother neck and a rejuvenated look without tightness or distortion.
