This patient wanted to improve the lower face and neckline. A lower facelift and neck lift removed excess skin and improved laxity in the jowls and face, for smoother, tighter, more youthful skin that still looks natural. Upper and lower blepharoplasty and laser resurfacing around the eyes added a more rested appearance.
