This patient desired improvement in her lower face and neckline. To address the excess skin and improve laxity in the jowls and face, a lower facelift and necklift was performed. Her skin appears tighter, smoother, and more youthful, however she still looks very natural. This patient also had upper and lower blepharoplasty as well as skin laser resurfacing around her eyes to give her an overall more rested appearance.
