This patient wanted to improve the projection of her chin and better contour her face. Dr. Kulak used a medium sized chin implant to create better balance in her face. Dr. Kulak uses a small hidden incision underneath the chin to place the chin implant securely. This patient allow had a lower blepharoplasty neck liposuction with Dr. Kulak as well as rhinoplasty with Dr. Naderi.
