Blepharoplasty Before and After Photos in Chevy Chase, MD, patient 46770

A lower blepharoplasty was performed to address under-eye bags and contour irregularities. To further enhance smoothness and correct hollowing, fat transfer to the periorbital region was added. The patient also underwent fractional CO₂ laser resurfacing around the eyes to improve skin texture, fine lines, and pigmentation. At her 2-month follow-up, she is healing well with a refreshed, natural-looking periorbital appearance.
