Blepharoplasty Before and After Photos in Chevy Chase, MD, patient 43827

This male patient presented to The Naderi Center seeking facial rejuvenation, primarily concerned with looking tired due to under-eye puffiness, early facial laxity, and age-related volume loss. He had never undergone cosmetic procedures before and wanted to achieve a refreshed yet natural appearance without looking overdone.

Dr. Jessica Kulak, Board Certified Plastic Surgeon, performed a lower blepharoplasty, a technique that removes or repositions excess fat from the lower eyelids through an incision inside the eyelid—avoiding any visible external scars and typically ideal for patients without significant skin excess. To improve fine lines and texture around the eyes, periorbital CO₂ laser resurfacing was also done. This laser treatment helps stimulate collagen production, tighten skin, and improve overall skin quality.

To restore youthful volume and smooth transitions in the midface, a fat transfer was performed, targeting the periorbital area (under-eyes), midface/cheeks, and nasolabial folds. This technique uses the patient’s own fat, harvested from another area of the body, to restore lost facial volume and enhance contour.
