This patient presented with residual fullness under the eyes, more pronounced on the right side, following a previous lower blepharoplasty. She underwent a revision lower blepharoplasty with CO2 periorbital laser resurfacing, performed by Dr. Kulak, to further refine the under-eye area and improve skin texture.
