This middle-aged Caucasian man was bothered by fullness under his eyes. He had a lower blepharoplasty, CO2 laser resurfacing around the eyes and fat transfer to the orbital rim and tear troughs. He looks much more rested and refreshed, with incisions that are hard to spot.
