Upper blepharoplasty to remove excess, drooping eyelid skin for a smoother upper eyelid. A conservative amount of skin was removed to keep the eyelids symmetric, and the incisions are hidden in the natural creases. This patient also had Botox in the forehead to smooth wrinkles.
