Lovely transformation by Double Board Certified Facial Plastic Surgeon. This young female African American patient came to us seeking various improvements to her face. She desired a more contoured appearance to the face and more jawline definition. She also had significant brow asymmetry, with the right arch being much higher — she wanted to balance this out too. Upon examination, our surgeon recommended and performed the following procedures: buccal fat removal to contour the face, submental liposuction to define the neck area, a large chin implant to improve the profile, and a temporal lift to balance the eyebrows.
