Dr. Naderi, I wanted to thank you again for the work you performed on my nose. I also wish to thank your staff for putting up with my many calls and reassuring me that “all is well.” As a token of my appreciation, I have enclosed a copy of one of my all-time favorite jazz CD’s and hope it will bring hours of enjoyment as either office music or for personal use.
