Hi Dr. Naderi! The injections in the lips took a while for the bruising and swelling to go down. But now they are perfect! The under eye injections are amazing, but it looks like I’ll be back sooner than later. Thanks again

Hello, I first want to say thank you all for all the help through this process and preparation. From the first day I walked into your lovely office I felt comfortable and knew this was the doctor I would trust with my life changing decision. I came across Dr. Naderi in 2010 on the web. I remember making an appt. for the Herndon office in March of 2010 but something came up and I had to cancel the appt. A year passed and in February Dr. Naderi came across my mind again, I decided to make an appt. for consultation. Now I’m here! It’s the second day after the cast was removed and a week later after the surgery and I’m so very grateful and happy that I made this decision. I know it will take some time for total healing but my initial reaction was feelings and emotions of “happiness”. I’ve attached 2 photos that I took yesterday morning. I know my nose will get better and better with the proper care. Once again thank you all very much. I will see you all on June 1st. Regards

Dr. Naderi, I wanted to thank you again for the work you performed on my nose. I also wish to thank your staff for putting up with my many calls and reassuring me that “all is well.” As a token of my appreciation, I have enclosed a copy of one of my all-time favorite jazz CD’s and hope it will bring hours of enjoyment as either office music or for personal use. I was so very impressed with Dr. Naderi. I appreciated his guidance, and his opinion re: to not do any other procedures. Too bad there are not more people like him “out there.” Very professional indeed.

I would like to thank Dr. Naderi for reshaping my nose and giving me the confidence I needed so much to live my life without thinking about my nose at all times and hiding my profile ever since I was 13 years old. I am so happy and thrilled with the results. Dr. Naderi did not change my face in doing so, my nose looks natural, as it should and no-one can tell I had rhinoplasty, still to this day, only my family knows because I told them. My friends and co-workers just tell me that I look so good now that I am retired and love my new haircut. I would also like to thank Dr. Naderi’s staff, Sarah, Sabrina and Jen who are so very nice, friendly and professional at all times. It was and still is a pleasure to see and speak to them when my husband and I come for followup and it is a pleasure trip for us going to Herndon VA. I will recommend Dr. Shervin Naderi to anyone who would be considering rhinoplasty.

This message is to encourage and help all teenagers that get into any kind of accidents. Dr Naderi and his staff are the best when it comes to caring and actual surgery. My 14 year old daughter (Nessi) played handball at school and, as usual, went for the ball when given a chance. Unfortunately, she bumped full force into a boy and broke her nose. As per school nurse when she called me: your daughter seems to have a severely displaced nose. When I picked her up she was still bleeding and sure enough, her nose was “moved over” a bit. We rushed to the emergency room and they confirmed that the nose was broken and took x-rays. We were told to wait for a couple of days and then see a plastic surgeon for follow-up. That surgeon referred us to Dr. Naderi as the expert for noses. Given that at that point it was already 1 week after the accident Dr. Naderi squeezed us in on a Friday afternoon. I believe they even stayed later just for us. The staff and Dr. Naderi were so personable and friendly. What impressed Nessi the most was that Dr. Naderi took some photos of her and then showed on his screen how she would look through manipulating the photo. Again – given the urgency they were able to get Nessi an appointment for surgery at Fair Oaks on Tuesday morning. Dr. Naderi explained all the options, saying that in best case she’d gave closed reduction, which shouldn’t take more than 10 minutes. But if needed he would move directly towards open reduction. He explained the procedure and also gave the option to not do anything and have rhinoplasty some years later. We chose the surgery right away though. The surgery went amazingly well. Dr. Naderi was able to fully get her nose back into place with an open reduction and it took just a few minutes. Nessi had a little splint on her nose and was feeling so well that she never took any pain medication. “To top it all off and to show how much Dr. Naderi cares, here is the end of the story. Since Nessi had her homecoming dance coming up on Saturday (1.5 weeks after surgery) the plan was to get her splint of on Thursday before. However, I had to go out of town and could not make this appointment. Dr. Naderi made time on his day off to see Nessi and remove the splint just so that she would be all “pretty” for her homecoming dance. In a world where we too often hear that doctors put their own schedule in front of patients, I was just blown away that somebody as busy and world renowned as Dr. Naderi would make time for a 14 year old girl. THANK YOU all so much for what you did. I hope this helps other people with similar stories.

Hi Dr. Naderi, I just wanted to let you know that the cortisone injection you gave me last month took down the residual swelling within the first day or so. Also, I realized that the reason my nose had still been sore was more from the swelling and less from my two boys accidentally hitting my face every now and then. :-) My nose is much more malleable now. (Still a little numb underneath, but MUCH better than before injection.) Also, I really wanted to thank you and all of your staff. You all are amazing. In addition to being an excellent, skilled, and artistic surgeon, your interpersonal skills are incredible. You actually took the time to listen and hear my personal concerns, and even though you probably thought they were silly, you never made me feel that way. In addition, the fact that you mentioned God and not being able to do what “His hands can do” made a huge impact on me. So many doctors believe they are God or that science can replace God; however, I found your statement very humble and admirable. As for Sarah and Sabrina, they are extremely professional and helpful. Not once did I feel like I was in a plastic surgeon’s office, being sized up or picked apart. Again, they helped answer all of my questions, no matter how tedious or how much reassurance I was looking for. The atmosphere you have created and your business model are the benchmark for success. Last and certainly not least, I am thrilled with the appearance of my reshaped nose. It fits my face, and everything that once stood out and bothered me has all but disappeared. My family and friends have all mentioned how good it looks. I am so happy to have gone through with this procedure with you and will definitely recommend your practice!

I came home and told my husband pretty much right away, that I was in love with this new center, the Naderi Center!! The treatment you gave was outstanding, my husband and many others have commented on how good I look (despite a big phat flu!). In fact, I cannot wait to come back in for the more intense peel. You know, there are so many people out there, offering services, and I have been pleased over the years, but also gotten some ‘bad deals’ and one of the things I noticed almost immediately about your office: it’s laid-back approach to some solid, “can live-with” advice, which often includes doing “nothing” versus doing “too much”. Such a relief from the offices where services are pushed onto clients, just to extract a fee. I really appreciate your honesty and modesty and it’s already showing in my face. I like the way Dr. Naderi said: Let’s just wait a year and see what you look like then!!! So refreshing.Anyway, Jen, my face looks great, I’m still reeling from the massage (sorry I did not respond to you, but I was comatose by then! :-) )) and the peel has given me a glow, and very little downtime, just immediate benefits. So I would love to make that part of my monthly routine. You all at the Naderi Center are very kind and sweet (and super good looking!!!) and it was really nice getting to know you a bit better!
