Dr. Naderi, Just wanted to tell you that from a customer perspective, you have an excellent team. Mary and Sara are wonderful! They’ve been extremely prompt, friendly and helpful throughout this entire process. Every email and phone call were responded to within no time. When I explained how my pre-op physical was delayed, they gave me new ideas for resolution. It wasn’t easy making my schedule work with yours for getting the surgery booked, but these ladies diligently followed up until we made it happen. I’ll stop there because I’m sure you get the point. Bottom line is that I’m grateful and impressed. My surgery is scheduled for Monday. I can’t say I’m looking forward to the actual procedure or the week afterward, but I’m definitely excited you’ll be working your magic. I look forward to having an improved nose! See you on Monday.
