I’ve read where rhinoplasty is different for patients of different ethnicities. How is this so for Hispanics?
As a rhinoplasty specialist I see and perform nose jobs on all races and ethnicities and each patient’s nose is different. Many Hispanic patients have thicker oily skin and weaker cartilages. Some need their tip built up and others need their bumps removed. You cannot generalize and you cannot do the same nose job on every patient of the same race. Each Hispanic rhinoplasty is unique.
