Question: For the past thirty years I have been a two pack a day smoker. Because of this I have very deep wrinkles all over my face that make me look ten years older. Would you recommend a facial filler to help correct this problem?
Answer: The first thing is to stop the smoking. Then you have to improve the skin with “at home skin care” such as Obagi with Retin-A (if there are no contraindications for you). Then you have to consider fillers &/or botox and finally you have to think about deeper skin resurfacing using CO2 laser or chemical peels. But slow and steady. One step at a time.
