Question: I think I need upper and lower lid blepharoplasty. I have large fat pads under my eyes that I would like take out. My upper lid is so hidden that I don’t bother using eye shadow any more. When the upper lid is operated on, does that help the crow’s feet at all? Or would I need to get another procedure?
Answer: I would have to see and examine you before recommending any type of eyelid cosmetic surgery. You may need an upper eyelid lift (blepharoplasty) &/or a lower eyelid blepharoplasty &/or a brow lift &/or CO2 laser resurfacing. It just depends on your condition. However, as you may know my practice is dedicated and mostly focused on Rhinoplasty (nasal surgery) and minimally invasive in office lunch time procedures such as Botox, Dysport and dermal filler injections.
