Question: Which injectable filler would you recommend for crow’s feet? Do patients often get several areas of the face treated at the same time?
Answer: Botox and Dysport are the best for the wrinkles of the crow’s feet. CO2 laser, FRAXEL and chemical peels are also nice additional treatments for the lower lid and crow’s feet wrinkles if your skin type allows it. If you have hollowness in the area, Restylane or Juvederm Ultra can be used to fill and smooth out the crow’s feet or lower lid tear troughs. The areas you get injected all depends on your needs. Some only need one area injected while others need multiple areas injected with Botox &/or fillers.
