Hi Dr. Naderi,
I was thinking about getting a permanant filler for straightening out my nose. I have a small hump on the bridge of my nose and would like a permanant filler to make it look straight. Do you think this would be a good idea, and how experienced are you with performing this kind of non surgical operation? Have you had good results when performing a permanant non surgical nose job on clients? I know you are persian and I am as well, so I assume you have great knowledge with the persian nose. How much would it cost as well for a non surgical nose job, that is permanant? Thank you.
Please read my previous posts on the topic of non surgical rhinoplasty. I urge you to avoid the VERY RISKY act of injecting permanent fillers in the nose.
I am very experienced with non surgical rhinoplasty but as a responsible Rhinoplasty Specialist I would only inject a safe short term Hyaluronic acid filler like Juvederm or Restylane, etc.
Permanent fillers do not belong in the nose. The almost always lead to palpable and visible lumps and bumps and scarring and often lead to infection. All of these problems are nearly impossible to correct easily.
Either dont do anything, or get a true Rhinoplasty or get a safe temporary filler. Do not take risks with your nose and face and health. Its not worth it.
