Here are some things to consider:
The removal is most often done through a intra-oral approach. Silicone implants are much easier to remove than Medpore implants. As long as the surgeon does not damage surrounding tissue, the removal process is fairly “routine.” However, there will be volume loss. Whether that translates to a “sagging” appearance or not remains to be seen. Not much can be done other than possible fat or filler injections after the area has healed or placement of an even smaller implant. Also, time has past since you had it placed so removal will not take your face back to the original state of things. You just need to be aware of these facts.
